How it works
Ingest and identify
GUARDIAN extracts company names, people, addresses, and identifiers from your received proposals or quotes. It then resolves those records against external sources, including cases where names are abbreviated, misspelled, or similar to other entities.
Trace relationships
GUARDIAN traces parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, investors, IP, and beneficial owners.
It then evaluates the identified entities and relationships against your organization's risk criteria. Missing or intentionally obscured ownership information may also be identified for review.
